Jack York a DJ and producer from The Netherlands. Known for his electrifying mix of disco-house, nu-disco, and house music. He draws inspiration from legendary acts such as Nile Rodgers, Gorillaz, Daft Punk, Groove Armada, bringing a fresh and positive perspective to the world of electronic music.
About
Jack began his musical journey as part of a duo with his partner Ard de Jong, creating infectious beats that earned them recognition from some of the biggest names in the industry. Their releases on respected record labels such as Flamingo Recordings, CYFI, Suntree Records, showcased their versatility and creativity.
In 2017, Jack and Ard collaborated with Funkerman on the album"Another Version of Me" bringing both of their signature disco vibes to the project. The album was a big success, with a special remix by the industry loved Roisto a Finnish electronic music producer. And the collab track "Lifted" being a fan favorite.
In 2020, Jack teamed up with award-winning producer Cornelis van Dijk, a good friend of his, to create his first solo album, "Formula Endorphine" The album features standout tracks such as 'My Mind' and 'Liquid Sky,' which were remixed by Ziggy Phunk and Bart van Liefland.
